Lorrie is an award-winning licensed realtor at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada with a background in family real estate. She decided to combine her professional knowledge with her personal experiences to help other families transition their aging parents from the family home to a retirement community. For the last 20 years she has helped hundreds of clients move into the next chapter of their life with professionalism, attention to detail and thoughtfulness.

In this fast moving and constantly changing real estate climate, Lorrie is continually upgrading her education to ensure she has the relevant knowledge to give informed advice, so her clients receive the highest level of service possible. She comes equipped with strong analytic abilities and strategic negotiating skills that ensure her clients get the best results every time.

Teresa has spent more than 25 years in the financial sector, helping clients navigate complex life decisions with confidence, care and exceptional service. Before co-founding LTM Group, she built a successful career in wealth management, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to coordinate intricate financial, estate, and planning matters. Today she brings that expertise, calm presence and meticulous approach to transitioning aging parents into their next home.

Teresa understands that moving a parent from a longtime family home can be overwhelming, often requiring countless decisions, emotional conversations, and extensive coordination. Her role is to simplify the process, from downsizing and organizing to coordinating movers, donations, estate sales, and every detail in between.

She has a talent for making even the most complex situations feel manageable and stress-free. Teresa is passionate about creating a seamless experience for seniors and their families, providing peace of mind and helping clients focus on the exciting new chapter ahead.

Michelle Arrizza

Michelle is an entrepreneur and client-service professional with more than 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, finance, and operations. Before co-founding LTM Group, she was the founder of a successful matchmaking and events company, a business centred on understanding people’s needs, fostering meaningful relationships, and delivering highly personalized service.

Her experience also includes managing the operations of a large privately owned family estate, coordinating complex projects, overseeing multiple service providers, and handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. These experiences prepared Michelle for the unique world of senior transitions, where organization, trust, communication, and compassion are essential.

Michelle brings a client-focused approach to help aging parents and their families navigate important life transitions with confidence, care and peace of mind. She understands that moving from a longtime home is not simply a logistical process, it is a deeply personal journey involving family, memories, and important decisions.
